The primary function of a Customer Services Administrator is to maintain effective communication between customers and Accounts Team. Providing support to the Credit Control function, including contacting customers to progress payment, liaising with Management to resolve issues.


a) Responsible to: Financial Director / Management Accountant/ Supervisor

b) Responsible for: None

c) Liaison with: Directors, Managers, Clients, 


• Liaising with customers with regard to sales orders, deliveries and complaints.
• Assisting with the preparation of Debtor list
• Full customer query resolution.
• Raising of credit notes if needed.
• Regular customer contact by phone and email
• Keep a record of all communication with customer
• Resolve all problems for customers, copy invoices, proof of delivery, credit notes and liaise internally to progress any problems that are handled in other departments.
• Maintaining confidentiality of the department and using discretion where necessary.
• Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers. 
• Dealing with invoicing queries in an effective and timely manner.
• Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture.
• To comply with company Factory Production Control Manual in support of SRC Quality Objectives 
• To act in accordance with the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and practices, highlighting any issues appropriately. 
• To perform duties as directed by Manager


• Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner with previous experience of a busy environment
• Computer literate with an aptitude for numbers
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accountancy procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with individuals across departments and liaise with external customers and contacts
• Solid organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
